For Windows users, there is a default security setting that may prevent your printer from connecting to your computer.

This can be fixed with a simple settings change.

Add a Firewall Exception

Press the Windows key and type Allow in the search bar. Windows will suggest 'Allow an app through Windows Firewall'

This will open a Control Panel list. Click 'Change Settings' and scroll down until you see RayWare. Check the boxes next to it, then press 'Ok.'

Close and reopen RayWare, then try connecting again.
