Signature Designs To cancel a design service case, click the “cancel treatment” button displayed on the treatment page. A refund will be issued to your account. Design Service orders are eligible to be canceled when the case status is “new”. Once the design is in progress, the order is no longer eligible to be canceled. AI Designs To cancel an AI Crown case, click the “Request Refund” button displayed on the treatment page. A refund will be issued to your account. To cancel an AI Nightguard case, click the “Revision Request” button displayed on the treatment page. Select “other” from the revision reason options, then click “request refund”. A refund will be issued to your account. AI Design Service cases are eligible to be canceled when the initial design files are generated and the case status is “needs approval”. Once the initial design is approved, the case is no longer eligible to be canceled.
