Incompatible printer error when sending designs to RayWare Cloud

To streamline your workflow and provide more flexibility, we have moved the printer selection process from Cloud Design to RayWare Cloud.

What's Changed?

  • When you're ready to print, simply select the 'Add to Print Job' button.

  • Your files will automatically move to RayWare Cloud.

  • By default, the Pro 95S printer is selected.


How to Select a Different Printer?

  1. Navigate to RayWare Cloud.

  2. Click on the 'Print Setup' tab.

  3. Edit the 'Printer Type' selection to match your printer model.

  4. Confirm by clicking 'Save Changes'.

You're now all set to print with your chosen printer!
