How to use the line cut feature
Sometimes, a small cut can make all the difference. Use the Line Cut tool to remove small areas of a model you’d like to delete before printing.

Locate the Line Cut tool
Once you’ve imported your model, locate the tool under the ‘Mesh Edit’ heading.

Start your Line Cut
Click the ‘Start Line Cut’ button to activate the tool. Move your cursor over the area you’d like to start the cut, and double click.
A line will be drawn with your mouse cursor. Use it to enclose an area of the model you’d like to remove.
Press ‘Cancel Line Cut’ at any time to abandon your changes.

Finalize your cut
Once you’ve drawn around the area you want to remove, double click to close the loop. You will then be asked to confirm your changes.
