Create a URL whitelist and open these network ports
Add these URLs to your network's security whitelist:
*.iot.us-west-2.amazonaws.com (wildcard URL)
api.sprintray.com
sr-dashboard.com
iot.sprintray.com
Open these network ports:
Port 80
Port 443
Port 8883
Port 8080
Port 8443
Port 50501 if you’re using RayWare Desktop
